Challenge
The legacy brand felt dated and niche while the existing service page lacked clarity, consistency, and emotional connection. Users couldn't easily understand the offering, features, or pricing, leading to missed engagement and conversions. There was also a critical need for a cohesive visual identity that resonated with global professionals.

Solution
C3 crafted a modern brand identity for GetFriday- complete with a refreshed logo, color palette, typography, and imagery to convey energy and trust. We redesigned the service page to be user-first: clearly structured, responsive, and optimized with trust-building elements like testimonials and transparent pricing. Lastly, we developed UX flows and design components that guide users clearly toward signup or inquiry.
