Challenge
The café needed a site that felt as inviting as its physical space but also provided a hassle-free online booking experience. The existing platform lacked personality, made menu navigation clunky, and failed to showcase the café’s unique character. Streamlining the reservation process without losing the warmth of the brand was key.

Solution
C3 designed a welcoming, visually warm website with clear sections for menus, café stories, and featured dishes. We simplified the reservation process by reducing steps and introducing a clean booking interface. High-quality imagery, thoughtful spacing, and visual cues helped evoke the café’s cozy vibe, while intuitive interaction design ensured the site remained user-friendly.
